Today! Sorry I haven’t updated. I broke my computer charger so I’m stuck on my phone. I got a good workout in and ate like an insane amount of cookie which is why I went over my goal (but thankfully still under overall). Here’s to tomorrow. I think I may start the starting strength program or some lifting regimine. Does anyone havw suggestions?
